Time, what we need the most and use the worst.
  • Breathe.- This, of course, has to be the 1st point on this write up. Breathing is an activity that we do by default from the time we are born and we never cease to do, until we die. Therefore, we believe that not much attention has to be given to it, but the opposite is true. A few times a day we need to pay attention to the way we are breathing, the rate, are we doing it through our mouths or nostrils, can we improve our breathing, and we should ask many other questions to really try to improve our breathing. At least once a day, we should take 10–15 deep breaths and hold the air after inhaling for at least 5 seconds. This will relax us and reset us. While practicing deep breathing, relax your shoulders, close your eyes (if possible) and relax. Find where your body holds the tension and concentrate on relaxing that area while exhaling.
  • Stretch. When yo hold the stretch, your muscles relax. Most of your body pain comes from muscle and body tension that is created by stress and lack of releasing and expressing. Stretching relaxes your body, muscles, and mind. Just hold the stretch and let your body fall into it without applying much force. The goal is to relax, not to push. Obviously, expressing oneself and releasing verbally, artistically and physically will also lead to better health.
  • Talk from the heart. We know is harder than it seems, specially when we have been programmed to behave, think, and act a certain way. When schooling (which not necessarily is education) programs you to be homogeneous with everyone in your society. Talk and talk from your heart, it will liberate you and everyone who hears it. Talking from the heart and your gut is not only heard, but also felt. EVERYTHING is ENERGY. Feel.
  • Take the shot, do what sometimes is not supposed to be done, sometimes it helps you get it out of your system and you will be on the other side without having to look back.
  • Take the Dance. Motion creates emotion, change your physiology and your psychology will follow. Thats is one of the many reasons why exercise and walking makes us better thinkers. We move, we feel, we flow. (I learned this from Tony Robbins).
  • Motivate and inspire. This will inspire you as well. Just like teaching is the best way to learn, motivating others is the best way to get motivated.
  • Die in the air, on the way down or up. In other words, die doing something worth living for. Some of us have full time jobs that require more than 40 hours a week, specially when we factor in time to get there and back and thinking time. Some of us have kids, now they require, need, and deserve our time, but we must allocate a portion of our day doing something we love, enjoy and can do it all out, no restrictions, no regrets, putting your body 1k% into it and your body if necessary… Freedom is on the other side of that activity, on the other side of fear. Do it, even if its a 5 minute activity and do it daily for your own sanity and the sanity of the world. Plus, that’s what you came here for. To give it your all at least a few minutes a day.
  • Should you listen or express yourself? DO both, and do it without holding back.
  • Lots of these great marketing campaigns are done by people who see the light and are at the edge of it.
  • See the light. Shut up and observe sometimes, just sit and observe, find the light.
  • Read the light.
  • Speak the light. and express it in any way you can at that particular time. Every thought and emotion has to be express immediately and fully otherwise it gets stuck, it morphs and if s not fully expressed it may become a cancer. Speak the light.
  • If you are at the same place at the same time as others. You are relating for a reason to those who surround you for a reason, think about and share about it.
  • Be the light or help the light shine, catch yourself when you are not letting the light shine or you are not being the light and before any self-judgement, try to find out why are not letting the light shine, and learn from it. Write it down if you are able.
  • Always be there, be present, listen instead of thinking what to say or how to act. Just be, it takes time, so we have to practice being to be able to achieve it.
  • Learn from it, do not dwell in it. (the past)
  • Only you can save you, but you have to be very honest with yourself, you are the best person to fool yourself and believe it.
  • Countries are the #1 division people have, followed by religion, knock down these limits and make friends and conversations with completely different people, take different routes to see and interact with individuals completely different than you. Think of your routine and try to break it slowly, this will growth and avoid stagnation.
  • We all want to leave a legacy. But leaving an impression in 1 person, can be the biggest legacy, do not take for granted any conversation with any human being regardless of age, gender, religion, beliefs, past and present. We can be the person they needed to talk to and viceversa.
