Kids are the purest energy.

One night, I was having a great conversation with one of my closest friends and we came to the conclusion that our parents totally fuck us up!!! This includes you and everyone you have known. This was years before I became a parent, but today, today things are different. I now have a 2 1/2 year old beautiful girl and a 3 month old baby, which make that nights conversation’s concept and idea come to my mind more often than ever.

“You do not know what you do not know” is one of my favorite quotes, and I wonder if that night we just did not fully understood what we were talking about, since as sons but not parents, we only had half of the story to reflect on. Now, with my two kids, I feel that I have the full story, or I closer to it. I do have to say that our personal problems may have an effect on our kids, specially if they are not recognized and dealt with.

• All of us have issues that may well hide in our personal blind spots.
• The less we stop to analyze our behaviors and reactions, the more embedded these negative behaviors and habits will become.
• If we do not listen to our support group, we may never grow. But first, we need to be open to a support group, we cant see it all.
• We gotta be honest with ourselves, which is extremely hard.

I can keep going, but at the end of the day, the idea is that regardless of what we do, we will be fucking our kids up, we just have to manage to do it the least possible, and that requires growing as human beings, as parents, as individuals, and growing is not always easy.

Now, why the title “Kids are the purest Energy”? Well, because we come to this world completely blanked, white slate, pure energy and eMotion and grown individuals have become very successful at programming world newcomers to become dormant, obeyers, structured, complacent, and most of all, heartless. We do not follow our hearts, we have been programmed “to know better,” to make the decisions that have been made for us already. To not think too much. There a few roads that have been paved and we must take one of those. You cant pave your own road. Why? How? “Thats not how you do things,” they say. Well, “there is no way to do things.” YOU MAKE A WAY. YOUR OWN WAY. YOUR ONLY WAY, that why you are here in the world, RIGHT!!!! To make a way, otherwise thy will the world your energy around? To obey and be dormant? Of course, not… . The world did not bring you to obey..

Pave your own road… The only way you can, because you are unique, and your way is only your way and no one else’s…
